The sale was approved by the agency’s Board of Directors and the Attorney General. An advisory Board will be established for the new entity consisting of community business leaders. A Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) accredited community based agency, providing care since 1987 as Ramona VNA & Hospice, IEHHH supports 19,000 + Home Health visits and 48,000+ Hospice visits each year.
